Nature Soaking is the Essential Ways form of shinrin-yoku, translated from the Japanese means immersing yourself in the woods and also known as Forest Bathing: In contrast to hiking, forest bathing is less directed, melding mindfulness and nature immersion to improve health. Nature Soaking isn't a bath. It's not a hike, is to slow down and become immersed in the natural environment. It is an attentive way of being among trees, under the sky, on the earth.
